ZAGREB - The Croatian government on Thursday decided to sell the Kumrovec-based Hotel Zagorje, which used to be a political school in the former Yugoslavia, to Zhongya Nekretnine company that has been the sole bidder, at the price of HRK 14.09 million (EUR 1.9 million). |

The former Political School in Kumrovec has a total area of 26,285 square meters, of which a yard area of 20,384 and a business building 5,901 square meters. Chinese Southeast European Business Association (CSEBA) say they are satisfied with today's government decision. - We expect that in 30 days Zhongya Nekretnine will pay the purchase price and then we will prepare the conceptual solution. The investment will focus on the development of congressional tourism, with the investment itself worth about 200 million kuna, said Siniša Malus, communications manager of CSEBA, who mediated with this investment. State Property Minister Goran Maric reminded that the Ministry of State Property in March announced a public tender for the sale of Hotel Zagorje with an initial price of HRK 11.96 million. Within the deadline for submission of bids, until May 7, only one bid was received from Zhongya Nekretnine company, with a bid of HRK 14.09 million, he said. It is stated in the Government's decision that the buyer will conclude a sales contract based on which the buyer will be obliged to pay the purchase price within 30 days from the day of the conclusion of the purchase contract, less the amount of 598,000 kunas paid to the state budget in the name of bail in a public call for tenders for the purchase of real estate. Apart from the purchase price, the buyer will also bear the cost of valuation of the real estate market by a court expert in the amount of HRK 32,905, as well as the cost of producing an energy certificate in the amount of HRK 16,000. |
