| ZAGREB - The Ministry of State Property opened this morning bids for Hotel Zagorje or a former political school in Kumrovec. |

The only bidder is Zhongya Nekretnine, which offered 14,095,400 kuna. Hotel Zagorje has a total building area of 11,310.00 m2, divided into four floors and a gross volume of 34,464.20 m2. The starting price was HRK 11,960,000. |
